Super One 2015 Review – Part 3

Junior TKM – Matthew Graham

‘Graham’s storybook ending’

Last year Flex Motorsport’s Alex Forward lost the Super One Championship in dramatic circumstances to Jade Karts driver Aaron Mills, a day I’m sure they’d rather forget. They say lightening doesn’t strike twice but unfortunately for Flex Motorsport it did again this year! Their driver Matthew Taylor led Jade Karts driver Matthew Graham by just two points after an epic season where both shared their spells of good and bad luck! Christopher Whitton also wasn’t out of it just 11 points behind Taylor. I don’t know what it is about PFI but Jade Karts have found a secret ingredient which has made them almost unbeatable over the last couple of years and this year was no different! Graham took both Final victories and with Flex Motorsports’ Taylor 8th and 11th they lost the Championship and finished 3rd behind Whitton with Jade Karts victorious once again!

Special Mention – Christopher Whitton

I know we’ve mentioned Whitton a couple of times already but one thing we forget to mention was that he was a Rookie driver! To finish 2nd as a Rookie is a truly astonishing achievement with the next Rookie back in 6th. Title favourite for next season?
