Will a Rotax or X30 World Finals ever be held in the UK?

QUESTION OF THE WEEK!

Welcome to our weekly ‘Question of the week’ feature. Every Monday we’ll be throwing out questions for you to answer and debate. If you have any suggestions of your own, send them in to news@kartingmagazine.com

Question: Will a Rotax or X30 World Finals ever be held in the UK?

This week we want to discuss why the biggest karting events in the World are not staged in the UK? After all we have a track in PFI that is more than capable of hosting such an event so why have the organisers never brought them to the UK?

Crowd watches on in anticipation edit

The UK has one of the biggest scenes in the World so you’d think it’d be a no brainer, right?

Is it because of the weather, are we not seen as capable hosts, do we even get considered?

Is it only a matter of time, or will the UK never hold a Rotax or X30 World Final?
