  • World Champs
    The premier event in the karting calendar took place at La Conca in Italy at the end of September. Jordan didn't need Pantano in China so he was there, Zanardi was also on hand to promote his new chassis and the Brits turned up in force. Gary Catt was fastest in qualifying and Ben Hanley was on top in the heats but, when it mattered, it was Davide Fore who took the honours at the ripe old age of 30.

  • OMP Competition

  • Rowrah 24 Hour
    Pro-Karts are enjoying a resurgence and the time was right to hold a big endurance event. 24 hours around Rowrah fitted the bill perfectly and even the weather played ball.

  • Mariembourg
    Three international titles were decided at Mariembourg in September with the ICAs sharing track time with the two CIK 125cc classes. Kevin Estre of France took the 100cc honours with the UK's Jon Lancaster in his wheel tracks. Dutchman Ricardo Van der Ende sealed the multi-round ICC title with a win and a 2nd place while Ennio Gandolfi of Italy dominated the Super-ICC World Cup.

  • Rotax 'O’ Plate
    Four ‘O' Plates were up for grabs in the Rotax classes at Warden Law. Amazingly, Adam Christodoulou didn't win any of them! Will Stevens, Ben Cooper, Denis Gorman and Chris Bone are the new champions.
