International Kart Show
After three years at Telford, the International Kart Show moved to Donington Park. The location was brilliant but the Exhibition Centre itself is in need of some TLC. However, there was still plenty to see including new CIK homologated chassis from a number of manufacturers, the first UK appearance of the EasyKart concept and the simple but very effective Tyre Tongs from Slovenia. Don't miss our five page feature if you didn't go to the show.

CIK Asia Pacific Champs
You are worried that your equipment may not last a whole event of time trials, three heats, Pre-Final and Final, so what do you do? If you are Jules Bianchi, you sit out all the heats knowing that you'll be on the back of the Pre-Final grid with fresh equipment. See page 88 to find out how he got on.

Autosport International Preview
The second week in January sees the karting fraternity join up with the car brigade for the traditional season opener. We've put together three pages highlighting who and what there is to see and do. We'll be there displaying the very kart that kicked off our sport way back in 1956. We hope to see you there.

Champion of Champions
Take drivers from the Stars of Tomorrow and the Super 1 and pit them against each other in the inaugural Renault Champion of Champions at Buckmore Park. Put up an enormous array of prizes and you're bound to get some cracking racing. And they did.
