Daytona wins top TripAdvisor award

DAYTONA Motorsport has won TripAdvisor top accolades at three of its nationwide kart venues; Daytona Milton Keynes, Daytona Sandown Park and Daytona Manchester.

Now in its fifth year, the TripAdvisor award celebrates excellence in hospitality and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve great reviews. Certificate of Excellence winners include accommodations, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a superior customer experience.

Founded in 1990, the Daytona Motorsport Group is the UK’s premier kart venue operator and currently owns and manages three outdoor venues, Milton Keynes, Tamworth and Sandown Park (Esher) and one indoor circuit in Manchester. Entertaining over 100,000 drivers every year, Daytona is proud to have provided an unrivalled motorsport experience to almost 1.5 million leisure and professional drivers over the last 25 years.

When selecting Certificate of Excellence winners, TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm to determine the honourees that takes into account the quality, quantity and recency of reviews and opinions submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a twelve month period as well as business’s tenure and ranking on the Popularity Index on the site. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.

Jim Graham, Daytona Marketing Director, is delighted that three of Daytona Motorsport’s venues have been recognised. “We are always pleased when our customers give us five star reviews, but to win 2015 Certificates of Excellence for all three of our circuits that have been listed on Trip Advisor for the last 12 months is incredible news.”

He continues, “Our new circuit in Tamworth hasn′t been open long enough to be considered for a certificate of excellence yet but the aim is for all four venues to win these awards next year!”

Here at Karting we extend our congratulations to all the Daytona staff as this kind of excellent service helps strengthen the UK karting scene.
