It’s the first time we’ve entered a championship as a magazine and with the series due to have it’s third round televised on Motors TV we think that this is a great place to start. The team will consist of three drivers each round to take part in the 4 hour endurance hours so team work will be key!

Team Line-up

Chris McCarthy – Writer and Test Driver at Karting magazine

“I’m really looking forward to doing some races in the RHPK series this year with the Karting magazine team. Unfortunately, I’m only going to be able to compete in the last five rounds due to other commitments but I’m looking forward to working with Biz and the challenges that the championship may bring.”

Lee Henderson – Arrive and drive reporter at Karting magazine

“It’s a truly fantastic opportunity to be working with one of the best chassis manufacturers, Biz, and without doubt we are aiming to take the team to the front of the grid. The RHPK is one of the countries premier championships and team ‘Karting magazine’ are so pleased to be part of it for 2016.”

Piers Prior – Kart development and driver coach

“I am really excited to be teaming up with Karting Magazine, Biz karts and RHPK for 2016 to help develop and promote the new Biz Pro kart chassis. I’ve known both Chris and Lee for a while now and I am honored they have asked me for their help. I’ll be at the first two rounds at least to help in any way I can with the kart set up wise, as well as to help my team mates get the most from the kart. I’ve raced in this championship the last couple of years so I’m hoping I’ll be able to bring something to the team.  I’m excited to get going at the first round of the championship in March.”
